Overview

Our client is a leading international Catholic ministry organization serving the poorest communities in over 30 countries worldwide. They are seeking a dedicated Receptionist professional to serve as the welcoming face and voice of their organization. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary receptionist, greeting visitors and managing the front desk operations
• Answer and direct incoming telephone calls using multi-line phone systems
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and package deliveries
• Process incoming prayer requests and prepare materials for staff prayer sessions
• Provide clerical and administrative support to the Director of Administration
• Maintain professional, courteous communication with donors, staff, and visitors
• Operate general office equipment including phones, printers, copiers, and fax machines
• Support various administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience: Multi-line telephone systems and general administrative office experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database systems
• Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills
• Character: Christian faith and commitment to serving in a ministry environment
• Attributes: Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented
• Preferred: Non-profit or ministry experience
