About the Role:

The Maintenance Worker plays a critical role in ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our facilities. Minimum Qualifications:

• Experience in building maintenance within commercial or hospitality environments
• Basic carpentry skills and knowledge of commercial building systems.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections and maintenance of building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry to ensure operational efficiency.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize impact on facility operations and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct repairs and replacements of fixtures, furniture, and structural components within commercial buildings.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, materials used, and work orders to support facility management and compliance.
• Collaborate with management and external contractors to coordinate larger repair projects and ensure adherence to safety standards.
