Job Summary and Qualifications

We are seeking a dynamic IMC RN to join our team. You would be part of a phenomenal team that works hard to support each other while providing excellent care to our patients in a collaborative manner. You will care for our sickest patients, which may include patients on ventilators and various drips.

What will you will do in this role:

• Serve as the patient and family advocate, protecting privacy and confidentiality
• Instruct patients and families regarding medications and treatment instructions
• Provide high focus care with a commitment to continuous improvement

Job Requirements:

• Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida or able to obtain licensure prior to start is required
• Associate Degree; BSN is preferred
• 1-3 years' experience as RN in acute care environment is preferred
• Basic Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 90 days of employment start date
• CCRN preferred
