Your New Role

Based in Sarasota, FL, you’ll:

• Lead installation of residential heating, cooling, and ventilation systems

• Ensure all installs meet or exceed manufacturer and code specifications

• Train, mentor, and oversee installation assistants or apprentices

• Perform start-ups and verify system performance

• Maintain clean, organized, and safe worksites

• Provide exceptional customer interaction and answer client questions about new systems

• Collaborate closely with the install coordinator and warehouse team to ensure timely and accurate installations

• EPA Universal Certification (required)

• 5+ years of residential HVAC installation experience

• Strong leadership and crew management skills

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

• Proven track record of high-quality, efficient installations

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Ability to work full-time, with flexibility for occasional overtime

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
