What You'll Do:

  • Arrange and manage domestic and international travel logistics.
  • Coordinate flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
  • Ensure all travel plans are organized, communicated, and compliant with company policies.
  • Organize meetings, workshops, and events end-to-end.
  • Prepare agendas, materials, and follow-up communication.
  • Support logistics such as booking rooms, coordinating attendees, and managing schedules.
  • Act as a central point of coordination across teams.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment.
  • Support team organization and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation.
  • Assist with reporting, presentations, and general administrative tasks as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
  • 5+ years of experience in coordinating travel arrangements (local and international).
