Position Overview
Law firm seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Assistant Firm Administrator
to support day-to-day operations. The qualified candidate will assist with a broad range of
administrative and operational functions, provide support to administrative personnel and
Partners, and help implement firm processes and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day administrative and operational functions at multiple Firm locations in Florida from our Tallahassee office
- Support financial processes including budgeting, billing, payroll, and expense management
- Assist with human resources activities such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits administration, and performance management
- Handle delegated facilities management functions, including coordination of office maintenance, repairs, and renovations; liaise with building management and vendors; ensure compliance with safety and accessibility standards
- Assist partners with strategic planning and implementation of firm initiatives
- Help develop and maintain office policies and procedures
- Coordinate logistics for special functions and office events
- Support procurement of supplies, equipment and other purchases
- Perform general administrative duties as assigned by Firm Administrator

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience in office administration, operations, or administrative leadership (law firm or other professional office experience strongly preferred)
- Strong numbers sense and organizational skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in office management software (Tabs3 billing software experience preferred)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
