I opened my agency in 2005 and currently lead a team of 12. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 20 years working as a medical doctor. I made the transition to have more time with my family while still being able to help people in a meaningful way - now by protecting their families and lifestyles through insurance. Outside of the office, I enjoy staying active through long-distance bike rides, hiking, spinning classes, and practicing jiu-jitsu. I’m also passionate about giving back and regularly participate in 150-mile bike rides to help raise money for multiple sclerosis. Our agency offers a friendly, family-style environment where everyone is supportive and willing to help one another succeed. We provide daily training through team meetings, a strong focus on work-life balance, and a 401(k) to support your long-term goals. Our culture is built around positivity, teamwork, and growth. Responsibilities:
- Greet clients warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in sales conversations with prospective and existing clients, identifying opportunities to offer insurance solutions.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on client needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Bilingual Spanish preferred.
