Salary and Benefits

• $550 per completed Medicare admission referral (1099 independent contractor role)
• No cap on earnings; income based on volume of referrals
• Performance bonuses available based on volume and consistency
• Opportunity for profit sharing or partnership after 6 consecutive months of 40+ Medicare admissions/month
• Flexible schedule and autonomy over your daily activities
• Mileage reimbursement negotiable

Responsibilities

• Generate Medicare home health referrals through established relationships with physicians, hospitals, and healthcare facilities
• Leverage existing network to drive consistent patient admissions
• Ensure each referral is submitted with complete and accurate documentation
• Provide follow-up communication and service to referral sources
• Coordinate closely with the clinical team to support efficient patient onboarding and continuity of care

Requirements

• Established track record of success in home health marketing
• Strong understanding of Medicare home health criteria and referral process
• Self-motivated with ability to deliver results independently
• Excellent communication, networking, and follow-up skills
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
• Familiarity with the Jacksonville Beach and surrounding healthcare market preferred
