Job Summary We are searching for a detail-oriented and reliable Office Clerk to join our growing team at VisAvis Co. In this role, you will help keep our Miami office running smoothly by supporting day-to-day administrative tasks and assisting our marketing and events teams behind the scenes. Key Responsibilities * Perform general office duties including filing, data entry, scanning, and organizing documents. * Assist with scheduling, appointments, and internal communication. * Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and basic correspondence. * Support marketing and event projects with administrative tasks and preparation. * Maintain office supplies and ensure a clean, organized workspace. Minimum requirements: Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Positive attitude, reliable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
