Job Overview

We are seeking experienced and dedicated Commercial Landscapers to join our client's professional grounds maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality landscaping services across commercial properties, ensuring aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained outdoor environments.

Commercial Landscapers Duties

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, pruning, and fertilizing to uphold property standards.
• Operate landscaping equipment including excavators, power tools, and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Install and maintain irrigation systems to ensure optimal water distribution for various landscapes.
• Conduct tree care activities such as trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote healthy growth.
• Execute hardscape projects involving the installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, and other structures.
• Provide seasonal services such as snow plowing and de-icing to ensure safe access during winter months.
• Assist with gardening tasks including planting new greenery and maintaining existing horticultural features.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards.
• Support clients by providing professional advice on landscape improvements and ongoing maintenance needs.

Commercial Landscapers Qualifications

• Proven experience in landscaping or grounds maintenance within a commercial setting.
• Mechanical knowledge related to the operation and maintenance of landscaping equipment.
• Familiarity with lawn care techniques, landscape maintenance practices, and horticulture principles.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, excavators, and other construction machinery.
• Ability to perform tree care activities such as trimming and pruning safely.
• Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions.
• Effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
