Salary: $66,000 - $89,000/year.

We are looking for a Senior Staff Accountant to analyze, maintain, and control financial transactions , ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP standards . This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership , contribute to financial strategy , and support key business decisions .

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Financial Reporting: Prepare, review, and analyze monthly reconciliations of assigned balance sheet accounts.
• Variance Analysis: Prepare divisional financial statements , review budget vs. actual variances , and present insights to leadership.
• Fixed Assets & Journal Entries: Maintain fixed asset records , record disposals or gains, and prepare journal entries as needed.
• General Ledger Oversight: Assist in financial analysis, review and propose reclassifications , and resolve unusual entries.
• Budgeting & Forecasting: Contribute to the annual budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring financial alignment.
• Cost Allocation & Inter-Company Transactions: Ensure accurate cost coding , maintain inter-company transactions , and manage payroll accruals .
• Expense Management: Track prepaid expenses and allocate costs over prescribed periods.
• Bank Reconciliations & Compliance: Review monthly reconciliations , sales tax filings , department commissions , and month-end journal entries/accruals .

What We’re Looking For:

• Accounting Expertise - Strong understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and cost allocation .
• Detail-Oriented - Ability to analyze complex data , reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate records .
• Problem-Solver - Proactive in resolving financial discrepancies and improving reporting processes .
• Tech-Savvy - Experience with accounting software and financial management systems .
• Team Player - Strong collaboration skills , with the ability to work across departments and support leadership.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base Salary Range: $66,146.75 - $89,133.13/year (Actual salary based on experience).
