Accounts Payable Clerk

Natiowide company seeking experienced accounts payable clerk in Tallahassee. The right candidate with proven history of; accounts payable, processing payments, vendor invoices, and proficient in computer programs. This role is for career minded individuals with a desire to grow. The role is $18-$19 depending on experience. you qualify please apply!

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Accounts Payable experience, excellent computer skills, proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, a working knowledge of accounting functions, excellent organization skills, the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and excellent written and oral communication skills.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working up to 3 hrs of overtime per week

• Accounts Payable (2 years of experience is required)
• Microsoft Excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Invoices (2 years of experience is required)
• Vendor coding and invoicing (2 years of experience is required)
• Process Payments (2 years of experience is required)
• solve discrepancies (2 years of experience is required)
• proficient computer skills (2 years of experience is required)
• QuickBooks (1 year of experience is preferred)
