On Premise Sales Account Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION
The Sales Account Manager position requires a self-motivated individual who can drive profitability through independent resourcefulness, teamwork, relationship building, sales skills, product knowledge development, and marketing. The Sales Account Manager is responsible for meeting assigned targets, introducing and selling new products in the market, executing the full sales process, resolving customer service issues, and maintaining accurate route notes.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Proficient in M360 or other ordering systems
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
- Act as an owner by driving profitability through independent resourcefulness, teamwork, relationship building, sales skills, product knowledge development and marketing
- Deliver friendly and accommodating service to every account
- Sell the whole book including all brands of beer, wine, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages
- Meet all assigned pillars, targets and objectives within appointed timeframe
- Achieve M360 targets and other assigned marketing goals; complete all M360 and tap surveys in the first two weeks of each month
- Introduce and sell new products to the market providing appropriate exposure through Features, specials and pairings and Service training, communication, samplings and promos
- Execute full sales process in all accounts based on assigned frequencies
- Establish, maintain and elevate relationships with account decision makers and influencers
- Take accurate inventory; make smart orders based on ROS and seasonality
- Ensure all orders are accurate and on schedule
- Maintain proper product rotation and freshness
- Immediately exchange all OOC regardless of assigned FPL budget
- Actively monitor must sell ranker and find viable solutions to avoid product loss
- Act as an account partner and identify and create opportunities to drive sales and traffic
- Persuasively sell to drive share, volume, and profitability based on business needs
- Establish, maintain and elevate look of leader in all accounts
- Drive and execute effective, fun and engaging product promotions according to monthly target; a minimum of 50% of promotions must take place during peak business hours
- Competently and quickly resolve customer service issues; immediately communicate all escalated service issues to the Area Manager
- Maintain accurate and thorough route notes by account in Microsoft Teams
- Sales Account Managers work full schedules and must be ready to work by 9:00 am unless pre-approved by the Area Manager for the purpose of accommodating promo or other anomalies
- All vacations and scheduling exceptions must be pre-approved by the Area Manager
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Repetitive lifting of objects weighing 20 lbs. or more daily
- Repetitive entering, exiting, operating, and riding in a vehicle daily
- Heavy lifting of objects weighing up to 170 lbs. on an occasional basis
- Occasional repetitive pushing/pulling of a 2/4-wheel hand truck loaded with product
- Ability to adapt and function in varying environments of workload, worksites, and work shifts
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
