OPS Administrative Coordinator
- Administrative Support: Assist the STCC Director with calendar management, meeting scheduling, travel arrangements, and general office management.
- Information Dissemination: Manage STCC communications, including creating quarterly email updates, overseeing listservs, websites, and social media accounts.
- Fiscal Operations: Support financial processes, such as expense reporting, human subject payment requests, travel, and budget assistance.
- Office Coordination: Act as a point of contact for the office, addressing inquiries and managing office supplies and equipment.
- Event Coordination: Assist with planning and logistics for STCC events, including travel arrangements and processing related invoices.
- Understanding of graduate education.
- Knowledge of People Soft, SIS, UF Go, my UF Market, voucher payment, POs, etc.
- Detail-oriented and extremely organized.
- Able to communicate well with a variety of stakeholders and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to follow direction while exercising initiative and independent judgment when appropriate.
