Call Center Representative (Temporary – 1 Month)
Location: Bradenton, FL (IN OFFICE)
Pay: $19.00/hour
Assignment Length: Approximately 1 Month
Available Shifts (Monday-Friday):
- 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.
- 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
- (All shifts include a 30-minute lunch.)
Bilingual Opportunity: Three openings require fluency in both English and Spanish.
Make a Difference in Your CommunityAd-Vance Talent Solutions is seeking customer-focused Call Center Representatives to support the Manatee County School Board Transportation Department during a one-month project. In this role, you'll assist parents, guardians, and the public by answering calls, responding to messages, and providing transportation-related information in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
Responsibilities- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries regarding school transportation.
- Respond to messages and provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records.
- Escalate issues when appropriate.
- Deliver outstanding customer service while handling a high volume of calls.
- Follow established procedures and confidentiality guidelines.
- High school diploma or GED.
- At least one year of customer service experience.
- At least one year of office or call center experience.
- Strong communication and computer skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Must successfully pass a background screening.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are encouraged to apply, as three positions require Spanish fluency.
