Horizon Sales & Solutions is seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Solutions Representative to join our team in Pensacola, FL. In this full-time, direct hire position, you will be responsible for driving sales of AT&T products and services to customers, offering solutions tailored to their needs. Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable AT&T products and services.
- Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of AT&T’s mobile, internet, and TV solutions.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Stay current on industry trends, product offerings, and competitive landscape.
- Process transactions and manage customer accounts efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
