Title Operations Support

Randstad is seeking a high-energy, adaptable Operations Support Specialist to join an elite, AV-rated law firm. This is a "Floater" role designed for someone who loves variety and thrives in a supportive capacity. You will be the backbone of the residential and commercial title teams, ensuring that closers and processors have everything they need to cross the finish line.

Role Overview:

As an Operations Support Floater, no two days will be the same. You will move between departments and desks, stepping in wherever the need is greatest. Whether it’s assisting with a high-stakes commercial closing or helping a residential processor clear a backlog, your goal is to keep the workflow moving seamlessly.

Schedule & Flexibility:

• Standard Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

• Flexibility: Real estate doesn't always happen between 8 and 5. The ideal candidate must be flexible to arrive early or stay late to support the team during heavy closing cycles or month-end deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Administrative Liaison: Assist Title Closers and Processors with document scanning, filing, and organizing physical and digital files.
• Closing Support: Help prepare closing packages, coordinate mobile notaries, and manage incoming/outgoing wires and checks.
• Client Interaction: Greet clients arriving for closings, manage front-office flow, and handle high-volume phone inquiries with professional poise.
• Post-Closing Tasks: Assist with the recording of deeds, shipping of final policies, and ensuring all post-closing requirements are satisfied.
• Data Entry: Accurately input client and property data into the firm’s title software system
