Branch Manager

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Branch Manager has the duty to provide management and leadership on a day-to-day basis to obtain profit contribution by managing staff, establishing, and accomplishing business objectives. In doing so he must provide a clear vision to the employees of the direction and opportunities open to the branch and its employees.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

· REDO AND ADD ADMINISTRATION AND COMPLIANCE AREA.

· REARRANGE BASED ON CATAGOREIS BELOW.

· To ensure the Branch accomplishes its profit and return on invested capital objectives.

· To provide a clear vision to the employees of the direction and opportunities open to the branch and its employees to meet the Branch’s Business Plan with the approval from the Company’s President.

· Ensure positive company Culture to reinforce results in employees working as a successful team to meet the company’s and their own personal needs.

· Works with direct reports in Sales, Operations, Finance & Administration to insure the timely and competent development of the annual budget for profit & loss, the development of a capital asset acquisition plan, and the development of the annual sales and marketing plan for the branch.

· Responsible for Financial Profit money & percentages are met through efficient use of labor, materials and equipment.

· To oversee the development of comprehensive and accurate Sales, Marketing, and Operational plans and ensure the branch meets its Budget and Year over Year growth profitability as well as Sales objectives.

· Accomplishes subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.

· Coordinates efforts by establishing procurement, production, marketing, field, and technical services policies, and practices; coordinating actions with corporate staff.

· Builds company image by collaborating with customers, government, community organizations, and employees, enforcing ethical business practices.

· Ensure Clients receive excellent Customer Service from all aspects of the company.

· Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

· Assist Account Managers so they can be in front of the client more by reducing some operational issues.

· Work directly with Operations for successful operational Effectiveness and Efficiency.

· Increases management's effectiveness by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining managers; communicating values, strategies, and objectives; assigning accountabilities; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; developing incentives; developing a climate for offering information and opinions; providing educational opportunities.

· To maintains a current organization chart of the Branch and insures that all direct reports have the authority needed to carry out their assigned duties

· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.
