Pediatric Developmental Services (PDS) is seeking a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, onsite, school-based position in the Tampa, Florida area. This is a full school-year contract with the opportunity for renewal.

Position Overview

As a school-based SLP, you will work with students across various grade levels and communication needs in a structured and supportive educational setting.

• Full-time, onsite position aligned with the school calendar
• Consistent caseload and schedule
• Opportunity to work across one or multiple school sites
• Collaborative team environment with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services in alignment with IEP goals
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Address articulation, language, fluency, and social communication needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and monitor student progress
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams and families

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $45–$60/hour (based on experience)
• Full W-2 benefits package
• 12-month spread pay option for consistent income year-round

• Ongoing support from a clinical advisory team

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license
• CCC-SLP preferred (CFs encouraged to apply)
• School-based or pediatric experience is a plus
