: As a Service BDC Agent, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for handling inbound and outbound communications related to service appointments, inquiries, and scheduling. You will work closely with our Service Advisors to ensure seamless customer experiences and maintain our high standards of service.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails to schedule service appointments and address customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with Service Advisors and Technicians to ensure efficient scheduling and workflow in the service department.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer concerns and providing accurate information.
• Maintain organized records of appointments and customer interactions in our database.
• Assist in creating a positive and inviting atmosphere for customers visiting the dealership.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
