Opportunity Overview
• Location: Client Site – Kennedy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33609 (In-Office)
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
• Pay Frequency: Weekly Pay

Job Summary
As the face of the office, your main function will be to provide high-level administrative support. You will handle information requests, greet guests, and perform essential clerical functions to keep the office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• First Impressions: Greet and direct visitors warmly; maintain the visitor log and issue security passes/badges.
• Communication: Answer the telephone/console switchboard and provide accurate information to callers.
• Logistics: Receive and route incoming packages; prepare outgoing mail and courier shipments.
• Coordination: Maintain the boardroom schedule and ensure meeting equipment is ready.
• Admin Support: Assist with typing, filing, photocopying, binding books, and preparing mailers.

• Skills: Excellent verbal/written communication, strong customer service, and great multitasking abilities.
• Efficiency: Ability to work independently, manage your time effectively, and keep sensitive information organized and confidential.
• Tech-Savvy: Previous experience with computer applications, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Education & Experience: High school diploma (or equivalent) and 0–2 years of related experience.
