Duties

• Negotiate policy terms and conditions to ensure client satisfaction while adhering to company guidelines.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Stay informed about industry trends, changes in regulations, and new insurance products to better serve clients.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations when handling sensitive client information.
