We are now seeking a Comfort Specialist for our Sales team. If You Are/Have:

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Previous customer service, sales, or related experience
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable speaking with new and existing customers about their HVAC needs
• Ability to explain products and services clearly and professionally
• Strong follow-up skills with the ability to manage leads and customer conversations
• Organized, dependable, and able to manage time effectively
• Comfortable working independently while meeting sales goals
• Professional, honest, and customer-focused
• HVAC experience is a plus
• 3 months to 1 year of related experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent required

Additional Requirements

• Ability to travel as needed
• Clean driving record preferred
• Vehicle allowance provided
