Supportive team and 24/7 on-call guidance
- Provide personal care with dignity (bathing, toileting, grooming)
- Offer companionship & reassurance ; monitor for safety throughout the night
- Assist with transfers/mobility (training provided; safe techniques emphasized)
- Prepare light snacks/next-day setup; light housekeeping as needed
- Follow each clients personalized Plan of Care
Document visits via mobile app and communicate updates to the care team
- A genuine heart for seniors and helping others
Valid drivers license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Smartphone (for schedule, care notes, and team communication)- Ability to pass required screenings ( Level 2 background check and other pre-hire steps)
- Respect for confidentiality, client rights, and professional boundaries
- Reliable, on-time, and able to stay awake/alert the full shift
CNA/HHA or prior home care experience- Dementia/Alzheimers care familiarity
- Transfer assistance experience (gait belt, slide board, etc.)
- Comfort with pets and common household environments
Awake overnight shifts (common blocks: 8p8a, 9p7a, 10p6a )- Cases across Sarasota (e.g., Palmer Ranch, Gulf Gate, Siesta Key, Downtown, Fruitville, South Sarasota)
