Community Association Manager - Hybrid

ATARID Specialist Recruiters to the Property and Asset Management Industry are seeking experienced candidates on behalf of our client for the following role:

Community Association Manager - Hybrid

Responsibilities:

-Manage a portfolio of homeowner and condominium associations.
-Manage association business as directed and in compliance with regulations, association covenants and by-laws.
-Solicit requests for bids, present to the Board of Directors, negotiate and manage vendor contracts and projects as required.
-Make appropriate recommendations to the Board in a timely manner.
-Finalize and approve written monthly reports for distribution.
-Attend Board of Directors meetings virtually or in person. Majority of meeting are quarterly.
-Conduct property inspections on a regular basis.


Qualifications:

-3+ years' experience as a Licensed Community Association Manager of homeowner and condominium associations.
-Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
-Ability to build positive relationships with Boards of Directors.
-Skilled in understanding financial statements and budgets.
-Contract vendor selection and project management skills.
-Ability to multi-task, manage priorities with good time management.
-Proficient in MS Office and ability to easily learn new property management software.
-Active Florida Community Association Manager License is required.

Locations: Hybrid - Lutz, FL

Compensation: $70,000+ negotiable and commensurate with experience. Benefits include: PTO, Holidays, Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k with Company Match, HAS, FSA, EAP, Life Insurance, Critical Illness, cell phone or allowance, mileage reimbursement.
