Sansar Tec is seeking a Systems Administrator to support and maintain Power Platform and SharePoint environments. This role involves troubleshooting, performance monitoring, upgrades, and end-user support, with responsibilities spanning medium to high complexity projects. The position requires strong technical expertise, collaboration with business and IT staff, and a proactive approach to maintaining system performance and security.

Responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot Power Platform applications and SharePoint (online and on-premises).
• Establish new system specifications by analyzing workflow, access, and security requirements.
• Perform upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with other enterprise systems.
• Provide user support, resolve incidents, and assist users with applications, workflows, and dashboards.
• Conduct site audits, monitor usage, and ensure optimal system performance.
• Generate reports on usage, issues, and resolutions.
• Create and maintain documentation, including technical guides and knowledge base articles.
• Conduct user training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Collaborate across business offices to deliver effective solutions.
• Stay current with new technologies and best practices through training and professional development.
• Support IT staff, including developers, as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS

Required Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• OR equivalent work experience.

Required Experience

• SharePoint Online/On-Premises administration (site management, permissions, content management).
• Supporting Power Platform applications (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Microsoft Office 365 ecosystem (Teams, OneDrive, etc.).
• Troubleshooting and resolving Power Platform and SharePoint integration issues.
• Governance and compliance best practices within Microsoft environments.
• IT service management platforms (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.

Preferred:

• IIS Administration knowledge.
• Basic networking concepts and web application troubleshooting.
