**Description:** You will be the Senior Tester for the MFC team in Ocala\. Our team is responsible for testing, retesting, evaluating, and verifying the performance of electrical, electronic, electro\-optical, and electro\-mechanical assemblies in accordance with established test procedures\.

**Basic Qualifications:**
Requirements for Internal and External Hire at LG 8:
- Must have completed either Option 1, 2, or 3
- No disciplinary action at or above the Step 4 level within the last year\.
Option 1:
- Minimum of a two\-year degree program majoring in:
a\. Electronic engineering,
b\. Electronic engineering technology, or
c\. Related discipline
Option 2:
- Approved Vocational certification in electronics technology or equivalent to the 2 year
A\.S\. degree which should include basic electronics and circuit operation through digital
logic\.
Option 3:
- Two \(2\) years of military service with electronic education and applied experience\.
**Desired Skills:**
Ability to read schematics
Familiarity with common test equipment i\.e power supply's, DMM, O\-Scope
Ability to work with a team
Experience with Microsoft Suite

**Ability to Work Remotely:** Onsite Full\-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility\.
**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.
**Schedule for this Position:** 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
