Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in patient care, including taking vitals, drawing blood, and administering IVs.

• Support practitioners during examinations, procedures, and treatments such as stem cell therapy, laser therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, bio-identical hormone balancing, enhanced PRP, peptides, and chelation therapies.

• Educate patients on treatment plans and provide exceptional patient care.

• Maintain a professional and compassionate demeanor with all patients and colleagues.

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.

• Manage phone calls and maintain correspondence between patients and doctors.

• Prepare and maintain medical tools and equipment.

• Perform additional medical and administrative duties as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) with current certification.

• Licensed to draw blood and start IVs.

• Strong understanding of medical terminology and procedures.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Passion for learning and staying updated with the latest in medical science.
