Safety Officer
* Conduct regular site inspections and risk assessments
* Ensure compliance with local, provincial, and federal safety regulations
* Investigate incidents, accidents, and near-miss events
* Prepare safety reports and maintain documentation
* Conduct safety training and toolbox talks for employees
* Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
* Coordinate emergency response procedures
* Liaise with regulatory authorities when required Qualifications & Requirements: * Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety or related field
* Certification in workplace safety (e.g., First Aid, WHMIS, OSHA equivalent)
* 2+ years of experience in construction safety (preferred)
* Strong knowledge of safety regulations and risk management
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Ability to work independently and on-site Skills & Competencies: * Attention to detail
