We are seeking a manager of Treasury and Accounts Payable to join our exciting and fast paced team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in managing our financial transactions and driving excellence in treasury operations and accounts payable processes. This hybrid role offers a blend of remote flexibility with in-office collaboration, we prefer candidates located in or near Jacksonville, FL, to foster close alignment with our finance leadership team.

Your Role:

In this key position, you’ll report directly to the Controller and work closely with the CFO to manage cash flow, reconcile accounts, and oversee a high-volume AP process with precision. You will also lead and mentor AP staff while ensuring compliance and efficiency across systems.

• Manage and optimize daily treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, reconciliation, and inter-account transfers
• Maintain and monitor access to corporate bank accounts; open/close accounts as needed for acquisitions
• Oversee the entire accounts payable cycle, including reviewing coding, approving invoices, and ensuring timely payments
• Review vendor bills and high-volume invoices to verify accuracy and GL account alignment
• Generate wires and handle various forms of payment processing, ensuring proper approvals and controls
• Lead the month-end AP close process, including reconciliations, accruals, and reporting
• Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard financial assets and ensure SOX-compliant processes
• Collaborate with vendors, internal departments, and leadership to resolve billing questions and disputes
• Supervise and support junior AP staff with training, review, and process oversight
• Prepare and present reports to the Controller and CFO related to treasury and payables
• Assist with integration of new acquisitions as H2 continues to rapidly expand.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field ( preferred )
• 7+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Treasury, or financial operations
• Prior experience managing high-volume AP , bank reconciliations, and month-end processes
• Hands-on experience with Bill.com , Ramp , and Microsoft Excel; ERP experience is a plus
• Deep understanding of AP best practices, cash management strategies, and internal controls
• Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and guide AP team members
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams and vendors
