What You’ll Do:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently to support customer orders and operational success.

Daily Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, sort, and store incoming inventory.
• Pick, pack, label, and prepare outgoing shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
• Verify product quantities and inspect condition of materials.
• Investigate shortages, mispicks, and inventory discrepancies.
• Assist with replenishment and stock organization.
• Use warehouse tools, equipment, and systems to complete tasks efficiently.
• Support shipping and distribution processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace.
• Follow OSHA, safety, and hazardous material handling guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• 6–12 months of warehouse, distribution, or material handling experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable work ethic and solid attendance.
• Good communication skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Comfortable with physical warehouse tasks including lifting, sorting, and movement.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
