Construction Superintendent – Residential & Commercial
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily field operations for residential & commercial projects
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, schedules, and budgets
- Ensure safety compliance and quality standards are met
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and clients
Requirements:
- 5+ years of superintendent experience in residential & commercial construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and safety practices
- Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore, Bluebeam, etc.)
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
