Position Summary:

The Receptionist is primarily accountable for the organization and efficiency of the reception area, handles multiple line switchboard and greet visitors. Works closely with office staff as well as upper level staff in performing various administrative duties. Responsible for completing multi-level tasks from scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, in a professional and timely manner.

The Receptionist reports to the General Services Manager.

Position duties & responsibilities:

• Greeting and reception of clients, visitors and employees.

• Operate Switchboard for all incoming calls.

• Coordinate the scheduling of all conference rooms, including preparing the room and coordinating refreshments and catering for meetings as requested.

• Update and maintain visitors log and bank directory in monthly basis.

• Assist Executive Assistants with special requests meals, liaison between management team and guests.

• Other duties as assigned or requested by immediate supervisor.

Specialized Knowledge :

• Ability to multitask, prioritize activities, manage conflicts of interest, meet deadlines while working in a fast paced environment

• Ability to achieve efficient and productive results by working together with different departments.

• Able to maintain the highest degree on confidentiality and professional discretion.

Education:

Associate diploma or equivalent required

Business Experience:

1-3 years of relevant experience or demonstrated required level of proficiency

Technical Knowledge:

Knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Microsoft
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive, organized

LanguagesSpanish, English

What Else You Need To Know :

The base pay range for this position is posted below and represents the annualized salary range. For hourly positions (non-exempt), the annual range is based on a 40-hour work week. The exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, training, licensure and certifications and location.

Base Pay Range

Minimum:

$37,500.00 USD

Maximum:

$70,000.00 USD
