Position Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry-Level Events Assistant to support the planning and execution of in-person events and outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for candidates looking to gain hands-on experience in event coordination, client interaction, and operational support. Key Responsibilities * Assist with event preparation, setup, and breakdown * Support on-site coordination and event logistics * Welcome attendees and provide professional customer assistance * Maintain organized event materials and supplies * Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth event execution * Track attendance and assist with event reporting Requisitos mínimos: Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment * Flexible availability, including occasional evenings or weekends * Reliable transportation preferred Compensation & Benefits * $19–$29/hour based on experience * Full-time opportunities available * Paid training and mentorship * Career growth potential within operations and client services Work Environment * On-site role based in Hollywood, FL * Dynamic event and office settings
