What We’re Looking For:
- Exceptional Communication Skills: You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, so a friendly, professional, and empathetic attitude is essential.
- Customer Service Experience: Experience in customer service or front desk roles is preferred, ideally in a veterinary or medical setting.
- Organized & Detail-Oriented: You’ll juggle appointments, phone calls, and records—organization and multitasking are key!
- Team Player: You’ll work alongside a dedicated team of veterinary professionals, so collaboration and a positive attitude are crucial.
- Passion for Animals & People: A love for animals and the desire to help pet owners is at the heart of what we do.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet clients and their pets with warmth and compassion, creating a welcoming environment.
- Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and check-in/check-out clients.
- Assist with patient records, update information, and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and waiting area.
- Work closely with our veterinary team to ensure smooth clinic operations.
- Provide clients with information regarding services, treatments, and care instructions.
