One of our companies is currently looking for a Staff Product Manager - Platform in the United States .

This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of platform strategy in a fast-growing AI-powered data security company. As a Staff Product Manager, you will lead the development of core platform capabilities that support product innovation and scalable integrations. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including engineering, customer success, marketing, and sales—to build solutions that are technically robust and deliver clear value to customers. Your strategic thinking and product leadership will drive impactful decisions across the product lifecycle, from vision to execution.

Accountabilities:

• Define the vision and roadmap for core platform capabilities that serve as the foundation for the entire product suite.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build scalable, secure, and high-performance features.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
• Lead initiatives to develop new integrations and improve existing ones in partnership with external technology vendors.
• Measure and track key product metrics to evaluate feature success and inform continuous improvement.
• Drive product execution and stakeholder alignment through clear prioritization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts to identify new opportunities for platform innovation.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on cybersecurity or platform infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing, data protection, and enterprise-grade security technologies.
• Demonstrated success in managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Experience working with engineering teams on complex technical products or APIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Passion for user-centric product development and solving real-world security challenges.
• Prior experience in Platform Product Management is a plus but not required.
