Finance Manager
This is a unique opportunity that calls for a motivated, hard-working, and highly analytical Finance professional to join the Client Services Global Finance team. This role will support several facets of the Client Services Finance team with regards to in-depth business planning, reporting, business-case development/modeling, and expense management. This role will collaborate across the Finance team by playing a key role in managing and executing Finance initiatives and processes to drive insights to the leadership team.
The Finance team supports the Client Services business, which is comprised of teams that provide all types of best-in-class service to Visa clients as well as operating global contact centers on behalf of Visa clients.
Essential Functions:
- Supports the coordination, organization and execution of quantitative and qualitative analyses. Examples of activities include traditional budgeting and forecasting, month end close and enhanced financial/business reporting, business case development and business planning support
- Establishes and maintains relationships with a broad base of key stakeholders (i.e., executives and staff) in the business and finance teams
- Acquires and maintains a deep understanding of the strategies, priorities and issues of the business
- Is team oriented, collaborative, diplomatic, and flexible, with excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Operates with minimal supervision and is able to make informed, well-reasoned decisions independently
- Identifies and implements changes that improve efficiency and effectiveness of operational decision making
- Thrives on an environment that is fast-paced, rapidly changing, and customer service-oriented
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications5 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in financial and general business analysis, preferably with a public company
Can collaborate across functions in a global, matrixed organization
Prior FP&A, consulting, banking, or audit experience highly valued

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.
Travel Requirements: This position requires travel 5-10% of the time.
Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 109,800.00 to 175,700.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
