Administrative Assistant
Seacrest Services is a trusted provider of property management solutions, dedicated to fostering vibrant and well-managed communities. We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support our Property Manager and Board of Directors in a busy community office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, excels at customer service, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a key member of our team, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth daily operations and providing exceptional service to residents and staff.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Property Manager and Board of Directors
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails in a professional and timely manner
- Assist residents with questions, concerns, and requests in person, by phone, and by email
- Enter, track, and follow up on work orders to ensure timely completion
- Maintain organized files, records, and office documentation
- Assist with the daily operations of the community office
- Communicate effectively with residents, vendors, Board members, and staff
- Deliver excellent customer service and ensure prompt follow-up on inquiries
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal abilities
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with computers, email, and general office software
- Ability to multitask and solve problems efficiently
- Professional, friendly, and dependable demeanor
- Strong phone etiquette and recordkeeping skills
- Fluency in English required
- Intermediate Spanish language skills preferred
Compensation
$20.00 per hour | Full-Time
