Admin Sales Professional

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin professional to support our Sales team in managing Commercial Design & Build services for Realtors, Property Managers, and Commercial Clients.

**Primary Requirements**

* Prior experience in administration or sales support (experience in construction or related fields is a plus).
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
* Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish is a huge plus).
* Comfortable coordinating with the sales team and assisting in client follow-ups.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Support the sales team with scheduling, documentation, and client communication.
* Maintain and update CRM records, ensuring accuracy of all sales data.
* Assist in preparing proposals, reports, and presentations for client meetings.
* Coordinate follow-ups with clients and help streamline the sales process.
* Act as a point of contact for internal communication and ensure timely updates.

**Compensation:** Entry pay starting at $1,200–$1,500 (depending on experience) with potential for growth based on performance.
