Ensure that daily booking check in is done & end of shift report is done.
Execute on team initiatives at your site, including holiday specials, new tools and new team policies.
Ensure proper coverage by double checking the schedule after updates, call outs, etc and communicate to management. Be prepared to step in and fill shifts if needed.
Communicate with management on bookings for the day.
Drive overall productions and daily goal
During events agent must be assessable to breakdown or setup if needed
Track your personal production and make sure the team is up-to-date on their numbers.
Maintain personal performance.
Communicate with management any team and daily operations that need attention.
You may be privy to information that is not to be shared with all team members and it is the expectation that this information remains confidential.
Help to TO, train and assist team members in need. Continue on-boarding new team members at your desk.
Manage relationships between marketing team members, resort operations, admins and sales.
Anticipate the team’s and management’s needs and help execute on preparing for those needs.
Maintain location appearance and organization to meet location standards. Keep the desk free of trash, personal items, and documents.
Keep the desk stocked with supplies and notify management when orders are needed (invites, collateral, pens, paper, coupons, concierge sheets, etc).
Keep all marketing paperwork updated (correct copies of common activities, phone contact lists, golf rates, etc). Copies must be neat and professional.
Help keep the desk fully functional on technology and system access.
Attend Manager Meetings as requested.
