Position: Assistant Director Field Marketing - Canvassing
We are hiring an experienced canvassing leader to lead and grow our door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, bonuses, and overrides .
Required Experience
- Proven canvassing leadership experience in Home Improvement or related industry (Canvassing Management experience is required)
- Strong coaching and team management skills
Responsibilities
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies
- Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies
Compensation

- Earning Potential of $100K-$175K
