We are seeking a high-performing Operations Manager to lead and scale operations across concrete restoration, waterproofing, and building envelope projects throughout the Bradenton / Southwest Florida region.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you will oversee Project Managers, APMs, and Superintendents—driving execution, performance, and profitability across a growing portfolio.

What You’ll Do

• Lead day-to-day operations across multiple restoration and waterproofing projects
• Manage and mentor PMs, APMs, and Superintendents
• Drive project delivery excellence—on time, on budget, and with high quality
• Oversee financial performance including forecasting, cost control, and margin management
• Partner with estimating and business development teams on bids and scope alignment
• Monitor KPIs: schedule, safety, quality, and profitability
• Serve as the escalation point for operational and client-related challenges
• Promote and enforce a safety-first culture
• Evaluate team performance and support hiring and development of key personnel
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of construction operations experience (restoration, waterproofing, or building envelope preferred)
• Proven leadership managing large field teams and $20M+ project portfolios
• Strong financial acumen (budgeting, cost tracking, variance analysis)
• Experience with platforms such as Procore, CMiC, Viewpoint, or Microsoft Project
• PMP Certification required
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $150,000 + OTE $180,000
