Required
• Availability to work 100% of the time at the Client’s site in Palm Beach Gardens, FL (required);
• Experience as a field/construction project coordinator (3+ years)
• Ability to lift 35 lbs

Preferred:
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certified
• Experience in PM Scheduling software (i.e. Smartsheet, Excel)

For 18313
  Required:
• Experience in Project Management (3+ years and 5+ years)
• Experience coordinating internal and external resources to support Development, Engineering, Estimating, Supply Chain, Scheduling, and Construction from early-stage to construction for Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects within the E&C Business Unit.
• Experience with PPA and GIA negotiations
• Occasional travel to visit the assigned project locations and to support Development with local public hearings.

Preferred:
• Experience with related engineering and construction of renewable energy projects;
• Experience with electricity markets, renewables, and/or battery projects;
• PMP Certification;
• Advanced Excel experience;
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Finance/Accounting

Responsibilities:
• Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of Wind Turbine and BESS construction and engineering projects from pre-construction through completion;
• Build, update, and manage project schedules in Smartsheet, ensuring milestones, budgets, and deliverables are met across multiple sites;
• Coordinate internal teams and external vendors across functions such as environmental, regulatory, cultural, land, and interconnection to align all project requirements;
• Develop and optimize project technical scopes, engineering designs, and cost estimates to support financial modeling, PPA/GIA negotiations, and executive budget approvals;
• Source, negotiate, and execute commercial contracts and procurement activities for services including geotechnical, survey, engineering, and EPC/PC construction;
• Conduct and lead pre-bid and pre-construction meetings, engaging stakeholders to review project readiness and execution plans;
• Travel to project sites to oversee construction activities, monitor performance, and provide daily progress and compliance reports.
