Remote HR Compliance Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a HR Operations Manager - REMOTE. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the internal HR operations team, focusing on compliance and pre-boarding. The HR Manager will work closely with various HR services and partners to ensure smooth processes and effective analytics tracking. You'll be responsible for anticipating challenges and developing proactive HR solutions while providing guidance to both employees and management. The position is pivotal in shaping a supportive workplace environment conducive to growth and efficiency.

Accountabilities

• Provide internal operations support for Shared Services team(s)
• Develop and maintain shared services analytics for performance measurement
• Act as a liaison between Shared Services and other HR delivery lines
• Offer employee and management counseling on HR policies
• Identify HR issues proactively and suggest resolution options

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Supervisory or team lead experience in lieu of management experience
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience
• Background in HR compliance
• Experience in vendor management
