Are you an experienced Real Estate professional looking to take your career to the next level? We are expanding and seeking an Escrow Closer/Licensed Title Agent to join our dynamic team in multiple locations including Downtown Sarasota, Siesta Key, and Lakewood Ranch. As an Escrow Closer/Licensed Title Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating smooth real estate transactions for buyers, sellers, and realtors. If you are a customer service-oriented individual with a passion for providing exceptional service, we want to hear from you!

Required Skills:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate closing within the title industry, with at least 1 year in Florida
• Energetic team player with a positive attitude, sense of humor, and professional demeanor
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in windows-based computing, MS Word, Email, and web navigation
• Excellent multitasking abilities and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently while also being a reliable team player
• Comfortable speaking at sales meetings and building relationships with Realtors
• Knowledge of Qualia software is a plus

Nice to Have Skills:

• Previous experience using Qualia software
• Any additional real estate related certifications or courses
• Experience with ALTA and CD statements

Preferred Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Real Estate License preferred
• Experience working in a similar role within the title industry

Other Requirements:

• Full-time salaried position
• In-person role with occasional travel outside the office
• Monday to Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 30 minutes for lunch
