Sales Counselor IL
A well-established continuing care retirement community in Florida is seeking an experienced Independent Living Sales Counselor to drive occupancy and provide a welcoming, consultative experience for prospective residents and their families. This role manages the sales process from initial inquiry through move-in, builds and maintains referral relationships, and partners with community leadership to ensure a seamless transition for new residents. The ideal candidate has senior living or CCRC sales experience, strong communication and relationship-building skills, and a resident-focused approach.
