Project Manager I

As a Project Manager I , you’ll support end‑to‑end project workflows, from tracking action items and documenting changes to assisting with site activities and customer visits. With strong organization and a willingness to learn, you’ll help ensure each project stays on schedule, well‑documented, and execution‑ready.

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Support planning, scheduling, budget tracking, and documentation activities.
Track action items, milestones, and deliverables.
Assist in internal and external meetings, including documentation and follow-ups.
Support risk, issue, and change tracking.
Maintain organized project documentation.
Support site activities and travel as required under supervision.
Desired skills and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1 year of experience in a related role.
Basic understanding of project management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collaboration tools.
Ability to interpret project schedules, documentation, and technical information.
Familiarity with document control practices.
Ability to travel on average 30% of the time to client sites and offices. Additional travel may be required during the initial training period.
Nice to Have:
Exposure to Microsoft Project.
Basic knowledge of material handling or automation systems.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Physical demands:
Standing or sitting for extended periods.
Regular use of the telephone and email for communication.
Hearing and vision within normal range to receive ordinary information.
Tolerance to perform the job in high temperatures (i.e. second floor mezzanine in an un-air-conditioned warehouse.
Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) (May include Eye and Face Protection, Respirator.
Location : FL preferred or East time zone
Start date: To be agreed upon
