Customer Service Representative - UniFirst First Aid + Safety
UniFirst First Aid + Safety is seeking a reliable and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our community. As a First Aid Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting our customers by ensuring timely, accurate, and professional services by managing customer inquires, processing orders, resolving product or service issues, and maintaining strong client relationships. Our standard is a 5-day work week, enjoy two days off a week. We have an immediate opening and provide on-the-job training.

What you’ll be doing:
- Act as a liaison between customers and sales staff and a personal point of contact for customers and staff.
- Assist customers by answering questions related to accounts, procedures, and services by telephone or email.
- Forward Sales leads to the appropriate teams.
- Investigate errors, file claims, intercept shipments, and confirm shipments.
- Perform data entry duties, such as: processing orders, updating customer accounts, log claims for freight companies, pricing, reporting, map "ship-to's" and item cross reference in MAPADOC, email invoices to customers upon request, distribute incoming faxes, and retrieve order from order processing partners.
What we’re looking for:
- A high school diploma, or GED equivalent, is required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Customer service experience is preferred.
- Verbal & w ritten c ommunication skills in English: professional telephone and email etiquette.
- Computer skills: proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office products ( i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, TEAMS, etc ). Mas 200, Lotus Notes, and UPS/FedEx/Express work knowledge a plus.
- Comfortable performing basic mathematical skills ( i.e. adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, etc.)
