Oral Surgeon

Ready to find career satisfactions in the heart of Florida? We are looking for an Oral Surgeon to join a privately owned, very high earning Oral Surgery practice in the Orlando, FL metro. The base salary for this position is $600,000 with earning potential up to $1.5M+. This is a full-time position with everything needed for you to be successful!

As a member of this team, you will enjoy a fantastic work life balance while earning a high income (think 7 figures). This practice is one of the most reputable practices in the area with a wealth of referrals setup and ready for you day 1. The position is open to new grads along with experienced Oral Surgeons alike. This position is full-time, between 3-5 days/week with 4 being preferred. Here are some key features to consider about this position:

• Schedule : 3-5 days/week, preferably 4 days to start
• Compensation : $600,000 base salary + 35% collections after $2M, with earning potential exceeding $1.5M+
• Language : Fluency in Spanish preferred but not mandatory.
• Scope : Bread-and-butter OMFS procedures; no hospital access required, though possible if desired.
• Practice Setup : 5 surgical operatories & 1 restorative operatory, fully digital with new equipment
• Team : Collaborate with other OMFS, supported by 6 front desk staff and 7 surgical assistants
• Employment Type : 1099 position
• Ideal Start Date : Mid-2026
• Referrals : Full slate of referrals established and provided
