OPS Office Assistant
:
Prepare and upload digital documentation to Sharepoint (document management and storage system) as permanent record for future viewing.
Assist with Monthly Financial Reconciliation processes.
Front desk receptionist at Fisheries & Aquatic Sciences; answer phone and serve as first point of contact for visitors, sign for deliveries and email recipients, collect and distribute mail, maintain copy/mailroom, assign keys.
Prepare PCard query and voucher PCards.
Other duties as assigned.
Expected Salary:12.00
Minimum Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:- Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively with administrators, faculty, staff, students, and visitors.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Skills in Adobe and Excel.
- Ability to plan, organize and coordinate work assignments.
- Knowledge and ability to use correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar.
This position is located at the SFFGS Millhopper campus located at 7922 NW 71st Street in Gainesville Monday - Friday 8:00am - 4:30/5:00pm 40 hours/week
